Green Spark SRL is a Moldova-based investment and infrastructure developer. We originate projects, structure participation and manage the path to an operating real asset.

We work where capital, infrastructure and execution need to meet.
Our role begins before construction. We identify an unmet need, test commercial viability, secure the project pathway and assemble the asset, capital, engineering and operating partners required for delivery.
Green Spark acts as project initiator, general partner and development manager. Responsibility remains project-specific, but accountability for coordination sits clearly with us.
